We are pleased to be a part of the Tacoma ART BUS event this Thursday, November 17th! Because we are on the route, we will be staying open a little later than usual: 8 PM! We'd love to see you! We will also have a couple of special guests joining us that night - Sarah Jones (beautiful artist & crafter!) and Dan & Summer Briggs of The One Spot with the most AMAZING JAMS!!! You won't want to miss it! They'll be here from 7 - 8 pm!

This fantastic event is being put on by Women's TIES (The Independent Empowered Sisterhood) to benefit the Breast Cancer Resource Center in Tacoma, which benefits those touched by Breast Cancer.
We have decided to put on a fantastic event to celebrate the women of our community who work hard at their jobs, at home, with families...let's face it, we all work hard! We also want to celebrate our small independently-owned businesses, while showing each other how we can support our community by shopping locally and giving back.
Our event will showcase some of our local independently-owned businesses by offering their wares to you at fabulous prices! We will offer some great demonstrations (who wants to learn how to make the prettiest bows, wrap the prettiest gift, etc.?). There will be raffles and prizes and Silent Auctions, oh my! There will be music and games and lots of fun!
Plan to spend the day with us noon to 4pm ~ you won't be disappointed!

FYI: Our Women's TIES for the Holidays event that benefitted the Breast Cancer Resource Center was a lovely event! We raised over $2,100 for the BCRC, and it was such a pleasure to hand over the check to them! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event!

Along with our usual Second Saturday guest vendors (11am to 6pm), we will be hosting a fantastic show in the Rainier Room that will benefit the local Breast Cancer Resource Center! This event is FREE ~ and there will be LOTS of opportunities to WIN raffle prizes, bid on silent auctions, and give "tips" to the performers - all of this money is given to the Breast Cancer Resource Center!
